Christian LesStrang
Christian LesStrang is the founder of FreeAgents, an AI strategy and implementation firm helping small businesses put AI to work in practical, human-centered ways.
He launched FreeAgents after nearly 30 years building companies, advising founders, and helping businesses navigate growth, change, and operational complexity.
As the founder of Take Two, Christian helped redefine how brands approached experiential marketing and consumer engagement. He also led strategic planning, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution for Gallagher Way, the $250 million entertainment district adjacent to Wrigley Field.
Over the last decade, Christian has worked alongside CEOs and founders across hospitality, music, healthcare, early learning, and technology — helping organizations sharpen strategy, improve operations, and execute with greater clarity and speed.
Beyond business, Christian is a proud girl dad, creator of the Permission-Based Parenting framework, and a vocal advocate for entrepreneur mental health.
